BIO: Scott Solary has been making films for over 10 years. He has produced and directed short films, music videos, documentaries and video for the web. Scott and his filmmaking partner and wife, Luci Westphal, most recently finished production of the feature documentary, “All God’s Children”, for which he received a Jerome Foundation Grant. Their production company, Good Hard Working People, has produced music videos for Warner Bros., Rounder Records as well as many independent artists. In 2007, his focus shifted to web video and has produced episodic content for indieWIRE (Sundance 2007) and The Reeler (ReelerTV Weekly, 2007 Tribeca Film Festival and 2007 Toronto International Film Festival). His viral video claim to fame is “Miss South Carolina with Subtitles” which has received over 5 million views on YouTube. He currently is the Senior Producer of the highly successful daily web show, Wallstrip, and the soon to be launched, Moblogic.tv, with Lindsay Campbell, both for CBS Interactive. He graduated from Florida State University and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
